- All orders can be paid using a valid credit card. We accept the following credit cards: VISA and MasterCard. All orders must be in U.S. funds.
- Orders placed Monday - Friday before 9am EST will normally ship out that day. Otherwise, your order will normally ship out the next business day. Orders placed on a Weekend or Holiday will ship the next business day. Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays are not business days. We observe all Federal Holidays. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed and confirmed on non-Holiday Monday (most orders will also ship Monday). Order acknowledgment, confirmation of product availability, and shipping tracking information will be provided to you via email after your order is processed. Shipping
Transit days for all shipping options are business days (Monday - Friday) and do not include Weekends or Holidays.
Most orders ship UPS, but some orders shipped directly from the manufacturer may ship via FedEx or USPS.
Please check your shipping address carefully for accuracy. Your order will be sent via a carrier to the shipping address you provided, exactly as you provided it. Orders lost due to incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses cannot be replaced or refunded.
We do not ship to APO/FPO or P.O. Box addresses.
We do not ship to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, or internationally, except for Canada.
Shipping to Alaska: Ground Only
Shipping to Canada: For all Canadian shipments, AllWeatherGear.com will not be held responsible or liable for any problems that result at your local customs office. If customs duties are assessed, these are in addition to your shipping charges and will be charged to the same Credit Card that was used for the original order.
Your order will leave in good condition. If your order is damaged in shipment, please contact the shipper immediately to make a claim. See Damaged or Defective Items below for more information
CO2 Canisters: Life Jackets and Vest that come with a CO2 canister will ship Ground only.
Express Shipping Options: Next Day Air, 2-Day Air, and 3-Day Select
- Please understand that when choosing an Express Shipping Option it does not necessarily mean your order will be in your hands tomorrow. While most orders do ship on the same day, depending on when your order is received, some will be shipped on the following day. You will receive your order 1-4 days after the order has been processed, which in most cases is within 24 hours of placing the order. We do not ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. A signature may be required for your Express delivery. Express shipping options do not guarantee a delivery time. Ground Shipping

Exchange / Return Policy
Most items may be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days after shipping.
Items must be new, unused, and in original package.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
All Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible, or a sturdy box. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All products must be returned in good condition, to ensure full credit.
All exchange shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
It is recommended that you use UPS or an Insured Parcel Post for your return.
To receive credit, items must be exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, within 15 days of our receiving the returned order.
Damaged or Defective Items
- Contact AllWeatherGear.com Customer Service within 30 days of delivery at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include the Order Number and Item Number from your original confirmation e-mail, as well as your Name, Email Address and Phone Number. AllWeatherGear.com will make every effort to assist you with the replacement of the damaged or defective item. If you do not contact Customer Service prior to returning the damaged or defective item, we can not be responsible for return shipping charges. Back Orders
- In the unlikely event that any item in your order is unavailable for immediate delivery, we will ship the remainder of your order immediately and ship the balance when it becomes available (with no additional shipping charges), or you can opt to have the Back Ordered item refunded. Refunds
- You should receive your refund within 15 business days. Refunds will be made to the same Credit Card used to make the purchase. There are no exceptions to this policy
